A few things we don't compromise on
Transperancy
We tell you the truth about a property- the good and the bad- and we show our work. No spin, no surprises buried in a footnote.
Partnership
Owners and investors aren't account numbers to us. We answer the phone, we stay close, and we treat your capital like our own.
Stewardship
We're here for the long haul of the property, the returns, and the relationship. We'd rather build something lasting than flip something fast.
OUR TEAM
A lot of real estate gets bought on a spreadsheet and forgotten. We work the other way around. We go after multifamily communities other people pass over, then put in the patient, hands-on work that actually turns them around, tighter operations, smarter spending, renovations residents can feel, and steady improvement year after year.
That focus runs through everything we do. We invest our own capital alongside our partners', we manage assets for owners who want a steadier hand, and we hold ourselves to the same standard on every one: leave the property, the residents, and the neighborhood better than we found them. With more than 25 years of combined experience across acquisitions, operations, and value-add multifamily, we've learned that returns and doing right by people aren't at odds, they're the same job.
Eric Nelson is a real estate investor, coach, and founder of Wild Oak Capital. He started in single-family homes and, over the past 13 years, has grown his portfolio to more than 1,300 units. Originally from Colorado, Eric now lives in Spain with his family, where he continues to invest and coach other motivated investors through his mastermind, Cashflow to Freedom. His focus is on helping people create more time and freedom in their lives by investing in real estate the right way, with a strong mindset and the right support.
Meg Martin is the Founder of T&S Property Ventures, with more than 13 years in commercial real estate. She spent much of her career with a local developer executing value-add and forced-appreciation strategies, rising to a director-level role. This is the same improve-the-asset playbook T&S is built on. Meg has also completed successful flips and owns and operates her own short-term rental, giving her an owner-operator's feel for the work behind the numbers. Today she leads underwriting, due diligence, and asset management at the firm.
