We keep compensation straightforward and tied to how the property does. Depending on the asset and when you bring us in, we can either take over the asset management fee the deal already accounts for, or share in the general partner's asset management split. Either way, we do best when your property does, which is exactly how it should be. We'll walk you through the options on a call.
